Anchor Group Solutions Ltd covers Huddersfield, Halifax and Leeds. Our founder spent 10 years in NHS and social care, including as a hospital discharge co-ordinator, and we have worked with NHS discharge teams, Kirklees Council, Calderdale Council, Together Housing and Macmillan Cancer Support.
We are calm and respectful with the people we meet, discreet with neighbours, and we go at the pace the household can manage.

How we fit in with other work on the case
Most of our referrals are one part of a bigger picture: a hospital discharge, an adaptation, a care package starting, a tenancy being saved or a move into supported housing. We plan our part around the rest, whether that means clearing a room before equipment is fitted, a deep clean before carers start, or packing and moving someone on a set date.
We can join a visit with you, send photographs and a written quote you can use for funding or approval, and keep you updated as the job goes. If something we find needs another service, such as a licensed asbestos contractor, we will tell you plainly.

Severe neglect, hoarding, contamination after illness or an incident. Made safe, cleaned and documented, discreetly.

Non-licensed asbestos work, surveyed first. If a licensed contractor is needed, we will say so.

Moves into care, supported housing or a new tenancy, with packing, storage and clearance of what is left.

Yes. Call us or use the contact form with the address, what needs doing and any risks we should know about. We will arrange a visit or quote from photographs, whichever suits the case.
Yes. We regularly work around carers, adaptation contractors, housing officers and NHS teams, and we will agree timings with you so the work happens in the right order.
Yes. You get a clear written quote, and photographs where they help, that you can attach to a funding or approval request.
With respect and patience. We explain what we are doing, check before anything personal is removed, and go at a pace they can manage. Unmarked arrival can be arranged where neighbours are a concern.
