Anchor Group Solutions Ltd runs clearance, waste removal, decluttering and cleaning as one service rather than four. Our Services cover the whole job; what leaves the property, how it is disposed of, and the state the place is left in afterwards.
That matters most on the work we are asked for by the NHS, Social Services, Kirklees and Calderdale Councils and Together Housing, where a property has to be cleared, cleaned and handed over ready, with the waste documented.
Everything below is carried out by the same DBS-checked team, under our own upper tier waste carrier licence, across Huddersfield, Halifax and Leeds.
In practice
One team, one licence, one point of contact
Most clearance jobs are really three jobs. Someone has to take the contents away, someone has to dispose of them legally, and someone has to clean what is left. Split across three firms that becomes three quotes, three visits and nobody accountable for the finish.
We do all three. You get one price, one team through the door, and a waste transfer note at the end that shows where everything went.

No. Clearance, waste removal and cleaning are quoted and delivered as one job with one price and one team. Most customers book a clearance and a clean together, and we schedule them back to back so the property is only disturbed once.
We answer enquiries within 24 hours and can often collect the same day or the next. Larger clearances usually start within a few days of the quote being accepted, and we work weekends where that suits you better.
Yes. A large part of our work is between tenancies for landlords, letting agents and housing associations, where a property has to be emptied, cleaned and handed back to a standard that will pass an inspection.
It is sorted rather than tipped. Anything reusable is donated or passed on, recyclables are separated, and the rest is disposed of under our upper tier waste carrier licence with a transfer note you keep.
