In practice
Probate and bereavement clearances
A probate or bereavement clearance is not a normal job and we do not run it like one. We work at the family's pace, set aside documents, photographs and anything that looks like it might matter, and check before anything goes.
The same DBS-checked team stays on the job from the first visit to the final clean, so you are not explaining the situation twice. If the property needs cleaning or a deep clean afterwards, we can do that in the same visit.

It depends on the volume, the access and whether anything needs special handling, so we do not publish a single figure. Send photographs of the rooms and we will give you a fixed price, usually the same day, with no obligation.
Yes. Lofts, cellars, garages, sheds, outbuildings, yards and gardens are all part of a normal House Clearance, and it is usually cheaper to do them in the same visit than to call us back later.
Tell us before we start and we will set them aside. On probate and bereavement clearances we go further and put anything that looks personal or valuable to one side for the family to check before it leaves the property.
Yes. Properties that have been neglected, hoarded or left after a long illness are regular work for us, and we have the protective equipment and the disposal routes to deal with them properly.
We can. Most clearances we do are followed by a clean, from a basic sweep through to a full deep clean ready for a new tenant or a sale.
