Contact Our Clearance Team about anything that needs clearing, removing, cleaning or moving. Anchor Group Solutions Ltd covers Huddersfield, Halifax and Leeds from our Huddersfield base, and we take on work for householders, landlords, letting agents, housing associations and public services.

Call 01484 819009 or 07984 262 539, or send the form on this page. We answer enquiries within 24 hours and most quotes go out the same day. Same day and weekend collections can usually be arranged.

The quickest way to get an accurate price is a photograph. Send a couple of pictures of the room, the pile or the property and we can quote from those rather than arranging a visit first. Larger or more sensitive jobs we always come and look at in person.

Everything we take away is disposed of under our own upper tier waste carrier licence, CBDU 637397, and you get a transfer note showing where it went. Our teams are DBS checked and we carry goods in transit and public liability insurance.

What to tell us when you get in touch

The more you can say up front, the more accurate the price will be. Useful things to include are the type of property and roughly how many rooms are involved, whether there is parking or a shared stairwell, whether anything is heavy or awkward, and the date you need it done by.

If it is a clearance, a couple of photographs of each room tell us more than a paragraph ever could. If it is waste, a photograph of the pile is enough. If it is a bereavement or a hoarded property, you do not need to explain any of it on a first call, and we will not ask.
