What happens on a bio hazard job
We look at the property first and agree what is involved before anything starts, including whether anyone can safely be inside while the work is done. Contaminated material is separated at source, bagged correctly and disposed of through the appropriate licensed channel with paperwork you keep.
Once the property is decontaminated it is cleaned properly rather than simply sanitised, so it can be relet, sold or lived in again. Where flooring or fittings have to come out, we can strip and remove those too.
