Asbestos Removal is tightly regulated, and the first thing worth saying is that not all of it is the same. Higher risk work must be carried out by an HSE licensed contractor. Lower risk materials, such as asbestos cement sheeting in a garage roof or a shed, fall under non-licensed work.

If what you have needs a licensed contractor, we will tell you that plainly and you will not be charged for finding out. Getting this wrong is not worth anyone saving money on.
In practice
Survey, removal and documented disposal
Work starts with identifying the material rather than assuming. Where it is non-licensed work, removal is carried out with the correct controls to avoid disturbing fibres, the material is double wrapped and labelled, and it is taken to a facility licensed to receive it.
You are given the consignment paperwork at the end. For landlords and letting agents that record is as important as the removal itself.

You often cannot tell by looking, which is why we survey before quoting. Send a photograph of the material and where it sits and we will tell you what is likely, then confirm it properly before any work is booked.
We tell you plainly and you are not charged for finding out. Asbestos is not something to save money on, and we would rather lose the job than take on work that should be done under licence.
