A clearance and waste company built for sensitive work
Anchor Group Solutions Ltd handles clearance and waste removal across Huddersfield, Halifax and Leeds, for householders, landlords and letting agents, and alongside NHS discharge teams, Social Services, housing associations and Macmillan Cancer Support on jobs that need discretion as much as they need a van.
We clear whole properties and single rooms, take away household, garden and commercial waste under our own carrier licence, declutter at the pace the household can manage, and clean afterwards so the place is ready to hand over, let or sell.
Formerly trading as J.S. Movers UK Ltd, we still move people and still offer storage. What changed is everything that happens after the van leaves: a property left clear, clean, compliant and documented.
Alongside that, Anchor Group Solutions Ltd provides soft strip demolition, taking out interior fixtures such as kitchens and bathrooms safely and efficiently for commercial and domestic properties, and unlicensed asbestos removal, with safe containment and disposal of non-friable asbestos such as tiles, roofing and textured coatings.
